RETREATS - You and 11 founders. One villa in the middle of nowhere. 3 days. No phone or alcohol. It's time to slow down, reconnect with your true self, and engage in meaningful conversations. We go for hikes, swim in a lake and enjoy the moment.

All our members are busy entrepreneurs. The primary goal is to minimise noise while facilitating connections with the right people.
You can join our Zoom calls when you want to connect or you’re looking for something. We do many in-person events all around Europe. Join as many as you like.
In the meantime, our AI matchmaker keeps looking for the right people for you while you’re building your business.
This is a self-paced community. If you want to network, we’ll help you network. If you need silence and focus, do what needs to be done, and let us know if we can help.
⚠️SUMMER: many members signed up in June/July but will activate their membership in September when things cool down. We understand summer is not an ideal time to join for most people.
About the founder of The 1% Club
Adrián started as a personal trainer in 2016 and went on to build multiple fitness businesses, both in London and online. He’s mentored coaches, coached entrepreneurs, spoken at events, and sponsored business communities.
But the deeper he went, the more he saw the same thing:
High-performing businessmen are scattered across generic groups with low standards, no connection, and no ROI.
Then he started doing races, and at every event, he met more people like him: dads, founders, high-performers, go-getters.
There wasn’t a place for men like this to connect. Adrián saw the opportunity and created one.
The 1% Club is now building in Spain and the UK. 100 members per country, before expanding into 10+ nations.
