THE HOW

We meet online twice a month, facilitate accurate introductions in our mobile platform, and host in-person events.

We organise hikes, retreats and races. Events with no phones, statuses, egos or boardrooms. The aim is to connect as humans, engage in deep conversations and find answers to questions we didn't even know we had, together.

These are powerful ways to build strong and lasting business relationships based on trust and real connection.

We connect founders across Europe — online, through curated intros, and in person in our core hubs: Spain and the UK.

About the founder of The 1% Club

Adrián started as a personal trainer in 2016 and went on to build multiple fitness businesses, both in London and online. He’s mentored coaches, coached entrepreneurs, spoken at events, and sponsored business communities.

But the deeper he went, the more he saw the same thing:
High-performing businessmen are scattered across generic groups with low standards, no connection, and no ROI, neglecting their most valuable business asset - their health.

Then he started participating in races, and at every event, he met more people like himself: dads, founders, high performers, and leaders. There wasn’t a place for men like this to connect. Adrián saw the opportunity and created one.

The 1% Club is now building in Spain and the UK. 100 members per country, before expanding into 10+ nations.
