Adrián started his first business in 2016 in London. Over the following years, he built several fitness businesses, both in-person and online, working closely with founders and high performers.

During that time he was also part of various business communities and networking groups. One pattern became clear: established, value-driven entrepreneurs were scattered across generic, low-level networks that didn’t match their stage, standards, or ambitions.

What was missing was the right room. A room where founders connect around shared values and match each other's energy — where strong relationships naturally lead to better business outcomes.

So Adrián created The 1% Club — a curated founder circle for  men who share the same values - family, health and building companies. A place where experienced entrepreneurs support each other, build meaningful relationships, and grow together in business and in life.
