But the more you grow, the fewer people you can, or want to, genuinely connect with. Average communities don't solve this problem. It's hard to find rooms where you can share what truly keeps you awake at night or solve business problems faster.

The 1% Club is a niche, boutique-style founders circle. We have a strict selection process and only invite people we believe align with our core values and standards. This keeps the quality of the room high,  conversations relevant, and opportunities consistent.

CLEAR CONTRIBUTION STANDARDS

The 1% Club thrives on structured activity and peer-to-peer support. Our members commit an average of two hours per month online to contribute to and benefit from the network. This creates a powerful environment full of value, good energy and opportunities.

HIGH-LEVEL ONLINE & IN-PERSON EVENTS

Our focus is on creating fewer, but higher-quality events. Our members know when they show up, they'll meet smart founders, engage in meaningful conversations, and find value and opportunities. We meet online at 1% Masterminds monthly, and at the 1% Founder Gatherings - a high-level, full-day experience, a few times a year.

Adrián started his first business in 2016 in London. Over the following years, he built several fitness businesses, both in-person and online, working closely with founders and high performers.

During that time he was also part of various business communities and networking groups. One pattern became clear: established, value-driven entrepreneurs were scattered across generic, low-level networks that didn’t match their stage, standards, or ambitions.

What was missing was the right room. A room where founders connect around shared values and match each other's energy — where strong relationships naturally lead to better business outcomes.

So Adrián created The 1% Club — a curated founder circle for  men who share the same values - family, health and building companies. A place where experienced entrepreneurs support each other, build meaningful relationships, and grow together in business and in life.
