STRICT SELECTION PROCESS


1. Specific Niche:  We invite members strategically from selected industries to build a strong business ecosystem, minimise competition, and maximise opportunities. Each member owns their niche. 

2. Experience: 5+ years in business or €1M+ annual turnover.

3. Personal values: our members share the same values around staying fit, family and personal growth.

CURATED EVENTS, ONLINE & IN-PERSON

Our members commit an average of two hours per month online to contribute to and benefit from the network. 

Our monthly masterminds are designed to help you solve business problems, move faster, and avoid unnecessary mistakes.

A few times a year, we meet in person at 1% Founder Gatherings — one day hiking in nature, away from the noise. The conversations here are something most founders have never experienced. The kind of relationships you don’t find in a boardroom or on Zoom.

Adrián started his first business in 2016 in London. Over the following years, he built several fitness businesses, both in-person and online, working closely with founders and high performers.

During that time he was also part of various business communities and networking groups. One pattern became clear: established, value-driven entrepreneurs were scattered across generic, low-level networks that didn’t match their stage, standards, or ambitions.

What was missing was the right room. A boutique, high-level network where founders connect around shared values and match each other's energy — where strong relationships naturally lead to better business outcomes.

So Adrián created The 1% Club — where high-performing entrepreneurs connect, support each other, and grow together in business and in life.
