Adrián started his first business in 2016 as a personal trainer in London. He went on to build multiple fitness businesses, both in-person and online, and worked closely with entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners. Over the years, he mentored coaches, coached leaders, spoke at events, and supported growing business communities.

As his exposure to the business world grew, so did one clear pattern: High-performing entrepreneurs were scattered across low-level, generic networks.

At the same time, through races and shared experiences outside boardrooms, Adrián kept meeting the same type of men again and again: high performers. Men who were driven, disciplined, and leading by example in business and at home.

What was missing was the right room, and the 1% Club was created to become that room. A private business platform to connect high-performing entrepreneurs in Europe. Men helping men. In business and in life.
