The core of the Club consists of founders running €1M–€20M annual revenue companies who share values around staying fit, family and personal growth. To protect the quality of the room, membership is by invitation from an existing member or directly from the Club. #### GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM, TRUSTED CIRCLES The right network should create an unreasonable amount of value for you and your business. On one hand, access a curated international business ecosystem. Whether you’re scaling, hiring or exploring new markets, chances are someone’s been through it or can open doors. On the other hand, be part of a smaller, trusted circle of selected founders, built to foster genuine relationships and meaningful conversations.  #### MINIMUM TIME, MAXIMUM LEVERAGE Our system is built around 10 core online sessions per year with around a two-hour monthly commitment. We review our business and personal goals, solve problems, hold each other accountable and plan what’s next together.  Whether you’re dealing with business challenges, getting back in your best shape or training for your next half-marathon, making your goals visible inside The 1% Club increases your chances of connecting with people who can move the needle or join you at the next race. ## In-Person Events We organize two official in-person events per year, where we go for a full-day hike together - without phones, work, and distractions. Here we connect on a human level, find answers to questions we didn’t know we had and often end up having the types of conversations we can’t have anywhere else.  Apart from our main events, members occasionally meet for coffee or lunch, especially in our biggest hubs.
